“It is really a wholesome experience working along with my colleagues and managers in the Tecan team. They were so kind to approach and very supportive with the works which I never had a feeling of being left behind. Moreover, the higher-ups were amiable and professional whenever I am in need. “I am a customer service coordinator here in SciMed. A typical day here is liaising with our customers to provide services & this includes processing and closing orders. I love the interaction with customers as well as working with Engineers to give customers the best service, ensure timely follow ups and accurate information shared.

I feel like I am growing together with the company as there are constantly new processes being introduced to improve the flow and service. As an individual, I learn to be more independent and to manage my time better.
